Forgot My Password

Open Reports+. Choose “Login with Instagram” option. Try to login by entering your username and password. Be sure that you are trying with the correct username and correct password. If you fail to login or if you don’t remember your password, touch “Forgot Your Password?” tab. Enter your email address or username, verify that you are not a robot and touch “Reset Password” and follow the instructions.

The Application Crashes

If Reports+ crashes as it is trying to fetch your data from Instagram, the reason may be low memory on your device. If there is any application working in the background, your device’s memory may be used so much that there is no enough memory left and this situation may cause Reports+ to crash.

To solve the memory problem, restart your phone. If crashing problem continues although you restarted your phone, you can send an email to and share your problem with us.

Installation and Update Problems for

iPhone and iPad:
If you are trying to update or reinstall Reports+ and you can’t touch “Install” button of AppStore or the button is grey, try connecting your phone to your computer and try synchronizing your applications via iTunes.

If you receive “Device is not supported” error during the installation of Reports+, this problem results from Google side and Google has already been working on this issue. Temporarily, you can delete Google Play Store cache and data on your phone and reinstall Reports+.

Reports+ Occupies High Space

The more you use Reports+, the more space it will occupy on your device - just like any other mobile application. You shouldn't worry because of this. Your application will check the storage area in a synchronized way with your device’s operating system after some time. If the space Reports+ uses still bothers you, you can delete application data on Reports+ > Settings > Delete History tab.

As second option, we recommend you to delete the app and install it again.

In order to see how much space Reports+ occupies on your phone:

iPhone ve iPad:
Go to Settings > General > Storage > Manage Storage and then find Reports+.
Go to Settings > Applications > Application Manager and find Reports+.

Reports+ Stucks on “Installing” Page (IOS)

If Reports+ is not being installed on your device although on the screen you can read “installing”, the first thing to do is to restart your phone. Later, you can also restart the installation process. In case the problem continues, try to install the application via iTunes.

The Application Does Not Show My Purchased Items Although I Purchased Some Items

Your purchases are not active although you purchased the application? Go to Settings > Reload Purchased Items and it should be solved.

I Have No Knowledge About How Reports+ Works

In order to obtain some information regarding how Reports+ works, firstly open the application. Then, go to Settings > How It Works? page and there you can find some information.

General Problems

If you are experiencing any other problem than the ones mentioned above, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below. Before proceeding with the troubleshooting, make sure that your device’s firmware and Reports+ application are up-to-date with the latest available versions.

Restart your phone or tablet.
If you are experiencing any problem with Reports+, try to restart your phone or tablet as the first step.

Check your internet connection.
If restarting the device does not solve the problem, try to use Reports+ on both Wi-Fi and mobile networks in order to see whether the problem is weak Wi-Fi connection or weak mobile connection or not.

Delete and reinstall
If restarting and checking the connection steps do not work, then try to delete Reports+ and reinstall it:

iPhone and iPad:
1- On the home screen, hold your finger on Reports+ application’s launcher icon until it vibrates.
2- Touch on the “x” sign and delete the application. Your Reports+ data is safe on your device.
3- Go to AppStore, reinstall Reports+ and login with your username and password.
1- On your phone or tablet, go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Reports+
2- Tap “Delete” button.
3- Go to Google Play Store, reinstall Reports+ and then login with your username and password.

Still not working?
If after these steps you are still experiencing a problem, open Reports+ application and then go to Settings > Report A Problem and then you can share the problem with us by following the instructions on the screen.
Don’t forget: Reports+ never takes an action on behalf of you. Reports+ is not able to see or store your Instagram password. Your Instagram account is safe while you are using the application. We will never share or sell your private and personal information with any third party or person.
