To solve the memory problem, restart your phone. If crashing problem continues although you restarted your phone, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and share your problem with us.
iPhone and iPad:
If you are trying to update or reinstall Reports+ and you can’t touch “Install” button of AppStore or the button is grey, try connecting your phone to your computer and try synchronizing your applications via iTunes.
If you receive “Device is not supported” error during the installation of Reports+, this problem results from Google side and Google has already been working on this issue. Temporarily, you can delete Google Play Store cache and data on your phone and reinstall Reports+.
The more you use Reports+, the more space it will occupy on your device - just like any other mobile application. You shouldn't worry because of this.
